These models are suitable for large and long gauge hollow articles, optional
equipment can be installed for stackable Jerry can .There are two types of
mold platens:
In square shape:
Even mold clamping pressure, especially suitable for toys with much more
flash.
In rectangular shape:
To co-operate with optional handle de-flashing unit and taking-off robot to
produce rectangular jerry can.
Bottom blowing unit can be delivered optionally.

The PBS-905PC Special Purpose Blow Molding
Machine is specially designed
with an advance German type die head, featuring "first-in, first-out"
performance. It is ideal for producing high quality, high clarity and
high
gloss PC water tanks. The machine is suitable for producing 2.5~5 gallon
containers.
Equipped with 10" TFT colorful LCD screen with human-machine interfacing
control system. It provides powerful functions, maximum operational
convenience and user-friendly operation. It also can be fitted with an
imported
Japanese MOOG 30point parison control to ensure consistent product
quality
and uniform thickness. Equipped with bottom-blowing device.Take-out
robot
can take out products automatically. It can increase production speed
and
efficiency greatly.
